For most of my life I struggled with panic attacks, spirals of fear, sodden pillows, suicidal ideation, and an Olympic‑level habit of self‑abandonment from sibling bereavement, chronic bullying, and parental neglect.
After far too long searching - I finally found a pathway back to emotional stability and genuine self‑connection.

Now I have the absolute honour of supporting neurodivergent adults healing from complex trauma, anxiety, and inner chaos - one breath, one part, one nervous‑system breakthrough at a time.
Not just because I’m trained to support you…

Having begun my journey of healing from childhood trauma - stemming from bereavement, relocation, and chronic bullying, somatically trained practitioners were the only ones who ever helped me make sense of things and find a way out of the spirals of panic, despair, and crippling self-criticism.
With over 15 years of experience in bodywork and nervous system repair, and an educational background in Early Childhood Development and Creative Art Therapy Studies, I trained as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach and opened my private online practice.

I’ve never had this much consistent practice in coming back into my body. Just being with myself, not struggling, brings instant relief. Things are shifting. The connection is happening faster, and it feels so safe. In other groups I’ve felt pressure to perform or speak. Here, I feel totally held. The way you facilitate it, the themes, the people… it’s all deeply healing. I’m just really happy to be here.
